What I sort out for you

First the call. Then a build plan. After that I build what you need.

What that looks like in practice

Applications I build. A person stays in control. The timings are worked examples, not promises.

More applications

Worked examples, not promises. I do the sum with you in the call. The terms say the same.

Three steps. You buy them one at a time.

You hear the price of each step in the call, before you sign anything.

  1. Start here

    AI Scan

    First call and build plan

You want to know whether AI will pay off for you, before you buy anything.

    • One conversation about your week: where work piles up
    • I sit in on the process we choose
    • Build plan: what comes first, what does not, and why
    • Fixed price for the first build step

    Not included

    • Building a tool or integration
    • Training your team
    • The cost of the AI tools themselves; you pay those to the supplier

One conversation · build plan within two weeks

The conversation costs nothing. The build plan has a fixed price, which you hear during the conversation.

    How the first conversation works
  2. Next

    Pilot

    First working version

You have chosen one process and want proof from real work.

    • One application, automation or chatbot on one process
    • Built on the tools you already have
    • Tested on real work from last month
    • Walkthrough for the people who will use it

    Not included

    • A second process
    • Maintenance after handover
    • The cost of the AI tools themselves; you pay those to the supplier

1 to 6 weeks, depending on scope. A chatbot is often done within two.

One fixed price up front. No hourly billing afterwards.

    Production

    Live, handed over and maintained

The pilot works. Now it has to keep running, even without me.

    • Go-live: code, documentation and logins are yours
    • Working rules: what AI does and what it does not
    • Training for the whole team, on your own tasks
    • Maintenance if you want it: I keep it running, on working days

    Not included

    • Availability outside working days
    • New processes without a new agreement
    • The cost of the AI tools themselves; you pay those to the supplier

After the pilot · duration agreed with you

A fixed price for go-live. Maintenance is monthly, with the amount set out in the proposal.
